![]() ![]() When in a meeting, access your participants by clicking on the “Participants” on your Zoom meeting controls.A co-host will be able to share their screen if you have “Host only” enabled while other participants will not. You may also choose to revoke the role at any point in the meeting. This is a good option since you can have an unlimited number of co-hosts. With the co-host option enabled, you will now be able to assign the role to any participant during a live meeting. You may adjust them to fit the meeting’s needs. This will generate a pop-up window with your settings.To access the settings during a live meeting, please click the hat (^) icon next to the “Share Screen” button on your Zoom meeting controls.We recommend you leave your default settings as “Host only” to ensure meeting security.Īccessing screen-sharing settings during a live meeting. You will be able to access these settings during a live meeting and change them on a per meeting basis.For security reasons, we strongly recommend you leave them as “Host only.” Directly below this option are the screen sharing settings.Make sure “Screen sharing” is clicked in. This option is located a few rows below the “Co-host” option.
